Fig 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Fig 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.99 per 10 ml.
The short version: fig in Maputo works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A fig 100 ml bottle from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT1.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where fig goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Fig | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | 100 ml bottle | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 8 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.99 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.99 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
