Cream sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Cream in Maputo: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
If you are looking at cream in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
Cream in Maputo reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.69 per 10 ml.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.69 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
How long does cream in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Maputo we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
