Cream refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Cream in Maputo: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What cream costs in Maputo
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cream refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Maputo
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.72 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.72 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
