Cola 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Cola in Maputo: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
A cola 30 ml shortfill from the compared options in Mozambique costs about MT3.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.53 per 10 ml.
The short version: cola in Maputo works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Cola 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Maputo survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cola in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Maputo we measured 6 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
