Coffee vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Coffee in Maputo: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a vape pen for coffee
Coffee in Maputo reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A coffee vape pen from the cheapest options in Mozambique costs about MT2.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee vape pen really costs in Maputo
The honest read on coffee: 17 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing coffee with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
