Coconut squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What coconut costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A coconut squonk mod from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT1.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: coconut in Maputo works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Coconut squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coconut in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Maputo survives.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How long does coconut in a squonk mod last?
In Maputo we measured 4 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is coconut legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
