Coconut 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for coconut
A coconut 30 ml shortfill from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT2.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Coconut 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: coconut in Maputo works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested coconut in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does coconut in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Maputo we measured 3 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.13 per 10 ml liquid plus MT38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
