Citrus zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Citrus in Maputo: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
Citrus in Maputo reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
We run citrus the same way in Maputo: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.58 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | MT41 | What a first order really pays |

In Maputo we measured 9 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
