Citrus pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
If you are looking at citrus in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A citrus pod kit from the starter options in Mozambique costs about MT1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pod kit really costs in Maputo
We run citrus the same way in Maputo: same pod kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised MT31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.85 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for citrus in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT1.85 per 10 ml liquid plus MT31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does citrus in a pod kit last?
In Maputo we measured 6 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
