Cherry RDA IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Cherry in Maputo: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
The honest read on cherry: 8 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at cherry in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cherry RDA really costs in Maputo
Cherry in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cherry in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Maputo survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.52 per 10 ml liquid plus MT54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
