Cherry pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Cherry in Maputo: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cherry habit
Cherry in Maputo reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on cherry: 11 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: cherry in Maputo works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry pod kit really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cherry in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.67 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does cherry in a pod kit last?
In Maputo we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.67 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
