Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for cherry
If you are looking at cherry in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.84 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cherry 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cherry in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.84 per 10 ml.
- Mixing cherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
