Caramel refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Caramel in Maputo: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What caramel costs in Maputo
We run caramel the same way in Maputo: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at caramel in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Maputo
Caramel refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.62 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
