Blackcurrant vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Blackcurrant in Maputo: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the blackcurrant habit
We run blackcurrant the same way in Maputo: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A blackcurrant vape pen from the bulk options in Mozambique costs about MT1.75 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: blackcurrant in Maputo works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant vape pen really costs in Maputo
We run blackcurrant the same way in Maputo: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested blackcurrant in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Maputo survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
