Berry starter kit IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Berry in Maputo: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Berry starter kit here
Berry starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry starter kit really costs in Maputo
A berry starter kit from the budget options in Mozambique costs about MT2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested berry in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where berry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for berry in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
