Berry RDA IQOS in Maputo: the best shortlist
Berry in Maputo: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Berry in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at berry in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry RDA really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested berry in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where berry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for berry in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.17 per 10 ml liquid plus MT49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
