Vanilla sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Vanilla in Maputo: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at vanilla in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.96 per 10 ml.
How we tested vanilla in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
