Vanilla sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Vanilla in Maputo: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run vanilla the same way in Maputo: same sub-ohm kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: vanilla in Maputo works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
A vanilla sub-ohm kit from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for vanilla in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
