Home / Vanilla cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the best shortlist

What vanilla costs in Maputo

Vanilla cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

The honest read on vanilla: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

The short version: vanilla in Maputo works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a vanilla cartomizer really costs in Maputo

Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.63 per 10 ml.

How we tested vanilla in a cartomizer

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Mozambique.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.

Where vanilla goes wrong

• Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
