Tobacco 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Tobacco in Maputo: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What tobacco costs in Maputo
We run tobacco the same way in Maputo: same 60 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A tobacco 60 ml bottle from the flat-rate options in Mozambique costs about MT3.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Tobacco in Maputo reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.14 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
