Sweet starter kit IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Sweet in Maputo: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with sweet in Mozambique
Sweet in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet starter kit really costs in Maputo
Sweet starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sweet in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.67 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
