Sweet 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Sweet in Maputo: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with sweet in Mozambique
We run sweet the same way in Maputo: same 10 ml bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: sweet in Maputo works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A sweet 10 ml bottle from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT1.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.96 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
