Spiced vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Spiced in Maputo: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
We run spiced the same way in Maputo: same vape pen, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Spiced vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: spiced in Maputo works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced vape pen really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested spiced in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised MT43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.9 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Spiced | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | vape pen | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 14 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT43 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.9 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus MT43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
