Spiced RDA IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Spiced in Maputo: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in Mozambique
Spiced RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: spiced in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced RDA really costs in Maputo
Spiced in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.4 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Spiced | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | RDA | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.4 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.4 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
How long does spiced in a RDA last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
