Spiced cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Spiced in Maputo: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced cartomizer really costs in Maputo
Spiced in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Maputo survives.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.95 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.95 per 10 ml liquid plus MT45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
