Spiced 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Spiced in Maputo: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a 10 ml bottle for spiced
Spiced in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.41 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A spiced 10 ml bottle from the flat-rate options in Mozambique costs about MT3.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.41 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
How long does spiced in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Maputo we measured 5 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
