What sourcherry costs in Maputo
Sourcherry starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on sourcherry: 15 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested sourcherry in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a sourcherry bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.78 per 10 ml.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for sourcherry in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
