Sourcherry nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Sourcherry in Maputo: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good nicotine salt bottle from a repack
We run sourcherry the same way in Maputo: same nicotine salt bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sourcherry sounds like one product. It is not: a nicotine salt bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: sourcherry in Maputo works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
A sourcherry nicotine salt bottle from the bulk options in Mozambique costs about MT2.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sourcherry in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised MT67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.43 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sourcherry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
How long does sourcherry in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Maputo we measured 5 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is sourcherry legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
