Sourcherry mesh tank IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Sourcherry in Maputo: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Sourcherry in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on sourcherry: 19 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry mesh tank really costs in Maputo
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.92 per 10 ml.
How we tested sourcherry in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
