Sourcherry disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Sourcherry in Maputo: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
The honest read on sourcherry: 16 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.85 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry disposable vape really costs in Maputo
Sourcherry sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sourcherry in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.85 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
Is sourcherry legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
How long does sourcherry in a disposable vape last?
In Maputo we measured 9 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
