Sourcherry 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Sourcherry in Maputo: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Sourcherry is allowed to say
Sourcherry in Maputo reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.84 per 10 ml.
The short version: sourcherry in Maputo works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sourcherry in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Maputo survives.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for sourcherry in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sourcherry in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
