Sour in Maputo: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Sour zero-nicotine bottle here
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A sour zero-nicotine bottle from the best options in Mozambique costs about MT3.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
The honest read on sour: 13 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.6 per 10 ml liquid plus MT40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
