Sour vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Sour in Maputo: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a vape pen for sour
If you are looking at sour in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Sour vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: sour in Maputo works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour vape pen really costs in Maputo
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.32 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
