What sour costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A sour refill pack from the compared options in Mozambique costs about MT3.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Maputo
The honest read on sour: 18 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised MT58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.22 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Maputo survives.

Frequently asked questions
Is sour legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.22 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
