Sour disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Sour in Maputo: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.11 per 10 ml.
A sour disposable vape from the value options in Mozambique costs about MT3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour disposable vape really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at sour in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a disposable vape
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
How long does sour in a disposable vape last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.11 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
