Sour disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Sour in Maputo: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
Sour disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour disposable vape really costs in Maputo
We run sour the same way in Maputo: same disposable vape, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised MT30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.61 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for sour in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|

| Stock checked | 22 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.61 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.61 per 10 ml liquid plus MT30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does sour in a disposable vape last?
In Maputo we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
