Salted cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Salted in Maputo: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
