Salted 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the online shortlist
Salted in Maputo: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Salted 60 ml bottle here
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A salted 60 ml bottle from the online options in Mozambique costs about MT2.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Maputo works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Salted in Maputo reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested salted in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
