Plain vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Maputo: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a vape pen for plain
Plain vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain vape pen really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at plain in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plain in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
