How we tested Plain squonk mod here
Plain squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at plain in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plain in Maputo works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain squonk mod really costs in Maputo
A plain squonk mod from the bulk options in Mozambique costs about MT2.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
