Plain RDA IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Plain in Maputo: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plain RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain RDA really costs in Maputo
A plain RDA from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT3.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where plain goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
