Plain 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Plain in Maputo: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.76 per 10 ml.
Plain 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
