Home / Pear pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist

Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means

The honest read on pear: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Pear pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a pear pod kit really costs in Maputo

Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

How we tested pear in a pod kit

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Mozambique.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.

Where pear goes wrong

• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
• Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
• Treating the advertised MT31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.16 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

Packaging for pear in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
