Pear disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Pear in Maputo: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with pear in Mozambique
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.26 per 10 ml.
The honest read on pear: 23 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear disposable vape really costs in Maputo
Pear in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested pear in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Maputo survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.26 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
