Pear 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Pear in Maputo: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Pear 30 ml shortfill here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Pear in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested pear in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where pear goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.06 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
