Pear 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Pear in Maputo: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good 100 ml bottle from a repack
A pear 100 ml bottle from the budget options in Mozambique costs about MT2.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on pear: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
We run pear the same way in Maputo: same 100 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Maputo survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
