Peach box mod IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Peach in Maputo: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.28 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long peach tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a peach box mod really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested peach in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a peach bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where peach goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.28 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing peach with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
