Passionfruit sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Passionfruit in Maputo: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.15 per 10 ml.
Passionfruit in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
Passionfruit in Maputo reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested passionfruit in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Mixing passionfruit with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does passionfruit in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
