Passionfruit cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Passionfruit in Maputo: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
A passionfruit cartomizer from the compared options in Mozambique costs about MT3.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at passionfruit in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit cartomizer really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested passionfruit in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.35 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does passionfruit in a cartomizer last?
In Maputo we measured 7 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.35 per 10 ml liquid plus MT44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
