Nutty squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist
Nutty in Maputo: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What nutty costs in Maputo
Nutty in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run nutty the same way in Maputo: same squonk mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: nutty in Maputo works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested nutty in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.84 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
